We stayed at three bedrooms apartment which had everything we needed .. Fully Air conditioned apartment, Arabic channels in all TVs Equipped kitchen Very spacious place house keeping were great in cleaning everyday The location is good Regarding the staff they have a great staff (Orhan) he is an amazing and professional staff , very welcoming, he was so helpful although he was super busy and working alone he helped us continuously and generously he was one of the reasons for us to return to the place again and stay from the 19 to the 24th There were two staff (ladies) I only remember one name Amila but the other I dont ( they need to learn how to be kind and nice to customers) Regarding breakfast , for me was fair but the problem was the space it gets very busy giving that the hotel was fully booked and all residents were families I suppose I would suggest to expand the space for breakfast or extend the time the breakfast time was (7:00-10:30)

I absolutely loved this property. Everything was already provided with no need to request anything extra. Dinner was especially pleasant and Anis was very attentive to our every need. The view from the top floor balcony was incredible. There was plenty of hot water in the showers which is always a plus! The beds were super comfy and I got the best night's sleep. There was a full kitchen equipped with all the supplies needed for cooking. The living room had a huge picturesque window overlooking the entire city. What more could you ask for?

location is excellent, so is the space in the apartment. Equipment in the kitchen is great. Internet worked perfectly and the speed is quite good. the beds are comfy, so is the bathroom with shampoos and shower gels provided by the hotel.

the huge apartment space, their furniture and the staff was really nice. all of that with a great price. I will absolutely revisit next time.

the hotel is new, the rooms are very clean and the room sizes are big. we had 2 bedrooms and when someone was outside in the living room watching tv or talking you couldn't notice them from your room.

The property is in a great location… in fact my favourite neighbourhood in Sarajevo. The property is beautiful appointed and the apartments are large and comfortable, giving you a home like experience.
